The Lindsay Automotive Group has been an important part of the Washington, DC metro area community for decades.  Beginning with Lindsay Cadillac of Alexandria opening in 1949, three generations of Lindsay's have been involved in the daily operations of the dealership family that now includes Lexus of Alexandria, Lindsay Ford of Wheaton MD, Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge and Saturn Service Center in Woodbridge VA, plus Isuzu Commercial Trucks, Lindsay Volkswagen of Dulles, and most recently, Lindsay Smart Center Alexandria.

Having been in the same location since 1963, the Lindsay organization is actively engaged in its community.  Our philanthropic philosophy reflects a preference towards activities and events that benefit children.  As such, we are regular sponsors of the annual Children's Ball at Children's Hospital, the Boys & Girls Club of Alexandria, and Autism Speaks.  Lindsay Automotive Group has also been a platinum sponsor of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, and annually sponsors the Alexandria Scottish Christmas Walk and Life with Cancer golf tournament for INOVA Hospital.  Through charitable donations, sponsorships, and program advertisements, we support many public and private events and activities in the greater Washington DC metro area.

All staff we worked with at Lindsay were extremely professional and courteous. They worked to provide the car we wanted at the price we considered fair. We were especially pleased since we had a very unpleasant experience with another Lexus dealer and received only an automated e-mail response from a second Lexus dealer. Had we not found Lindsay, we would probably not have purchased a Lexus. We appreciate the professional treatment and concern for making the best use of our time. We bought our Lexus RX300 11 years ago from Lou Brown who was recommended to us by a neighbor, we had visited another dealer but Lou and Lindsay were by far the best option. I was thrilled that he is still with the dealership - he even brought the 450H to my office to drive so that I didn't have to go to the dealership. We reached an accommodation on price very smoothly and even though he was away when we arrived to sign the documents and to pick up the car, Vinni Nair and the rest of the staff made us feel were extremely courteous. Jessica was particularly impressive with her knowledge of the vehicle and there was very little we forgot after her demo and lesson. Lou and I have already set up a follow up to review more features of the vehicle here at my office which is tremendously more convenient than driving 35 miles to the dealer. My husband and I love our new hybrid SUV and so far the gas mileage (29+) has been excellent. I have already recommended Lou and the dealership to several people and would continue to do so.

"Extremely Impressed "

I owned a RX 300 prior to my purchase of the RX 350. However, I found the entire experience as well as satisfaction with the purchase of the latter model to be more rewarding in regards to customer service and model features. "Kindness and Professional Courtesy"

I brought my Lexus in about the third of May for a service.  After I got to the office, my wife became very ill, and I had to quickly get home. I called my service rep and told him I needed my car whether it was complete or not.  By the time I got from DC to Lindsay Lexus, my car had been rushed, and the service was placed on priority.  The gentleman who was my rep was so concerned about my situation that he rushed around as if the work was being done for a member of his own family.
